Bedales junior school, Hampshire. One of several projects to celebrate the school’s centenary, this unusual mosaiced seating was inspired by a school trip to Barcelona. The patterns were adapted from sketches the children had made, and they constructed the mosaic in situ over the course of a week, using recycled crockery and tiles.
